Another Execution

Another execution is scheduled to take place;
Most here in America don't know the name, don't see the face.
It's safer to think of those condemned as not having lives,
But take a closer look and see the fathers, mothers, sons and daughters,
look a little
more see husbands and wives?

For every one WE put to death, many more are waiting to draw their last
breath . . .
Locked away for years on end, many are blessed to have people they call
friends.
Perhaps they are guilty of the crimes they say,
but surely murdering them is not the way.
Now is the time to fight, the battle is on
We will NOT be silent, ANY KILLING IS WRONG!!
These are human beings with a name and face, but most don't care and
only few
speak out for grace.
I do not ask they be set free, I just beg you PLEASE, stop slaughtering
humans
and saying it's for ME.
