White moth
- white moth
- fluttering 'round my head.
- What are you saying;
- what have you said.
- What are you doing;
- what could you be.
- Are you my thoughts
- chaotic and free.
- No one can see you
- no one but me.
- No one understands
- then crazy I must be.
- So I killed you white moth
- and inside I feel dead.
- How I wish I could see you again
- fluttering 'round my head.
-
- White moth
- white moth
- Do you remember me
- and all of my question
- of what you could be.
- I understand now what you were saying,
- why no one could see;
- you were all my own
- bittersweet mystery.
-
- Now I know what
- I am doing and
- what I can be.
- I was never crazy
- just afraid to see me.
- For years dear moth
I thought us apart;
- but you were here always,
- hidden in my heart.
- I have seen you white moth
- fluttering 'round my head.
- Love and thanks to you
- I no longer feel dead.
